Both the leasing office representatives are extremely rude. Probably the worst experience that I had in the US or any country that I have been to. When we warned several times about bike thieves, they took no serious action. They are just rude and obnoxious

not all rooms are the same size and they are charged the same rate. I would avoid 3 bed 2 bath apartments.

Fair value for price

The apartment is quiet , not swept , old building, high electricity bills during winter. General Manager is rude, biased towards international students. Room was not assigned for maintenance however, a worker slept in my bed and after I reported vi mail, my concerns were not addressed but rather ignored. Utility is not a part of the rent per lease but after having paid electricity billfor the month, the same bill was added to my lease without adequate communication and would not go off, if paid.

Both the leading office representatives are extremely rude and obnoxious. They are not responsive and don't take feedback well.

Very affordable for the floor plan and space / location.
However, the management has a lot of work to do regarding maintenance and logistics for moving-in.

Like: 2-bedrooms are spacious. Dislike: I've visited a 3-bedroom unit, and I can say the rooms are much smaller. No microwave for furnished apartments.

It's a 20-minute walk to MCOB. The walk during the day is fairly safe and easy, especially if you enjoy walking. The neighborhood is quiet and mostly occupied by students.

The property office at 1801 is accessible, and people have been nice so far.

I like the storage room for your deliveries. The door is secured with a code so only tenants can access it.

The apartment complex signed up more leases than the place could accommodate. They randomly canceled my lease, did not inform me about that until I reached the place with my luggage and kept me in a shabby room and kept threating to throw me out unless I pay a rent much higher than was in my agreement

It’s been good, great for price, moving in was tough

They are great people, very nice. But they are so lost, they cannot communicate anything, and the internet is unusable, said it was going to be fixed in early September, but almost 2 months later with unusable internet.
