Excellent management; caters to a medical student’s schedule

Wonderful neighborhood with very involved management - monthly calendars with socials and events (e.g. free scoop from Blue Cow Ice Cream truck, free breakfast from Scratch Biscuit, free lunch from Taza, etc), a movie library that is updated every month, almost immediate response to any query, and snow shovels for every apartment building when there is snow. Also very catering to students and our schedules - willing to help with accepting packages or work with maintenance when you are unable to do so because of a long day at school or in the hospital, or because you’re out of town.

Honeywood

I love Honeywood. The maintenance crew is on top of things which I appreciate. Lots of dogs in the neighborhood so definitely pet friendly. There is an option each month to socialize and get to know other residents. Gym, pool, and picnic areas are included. Only downside is that the walls are pretty thin so I can hear noises from other apartments but not full conversations or everyday noise.
