Great option for people moving to area
My fiancée and I moved from Colorado without even seeing the place before signing. The office is great to work with and the amenities are great for the price! with the building being relatively new, its like nobody has lived in our place before we moved in. The maintenance people are great and fix things quickly.

The Blu is a nice complex with a lot of parking. The pool area is great and there are numerous MBA students. The major downside is there really isn't anything to do in the area, and walking access is extremely limited.

The best apartment complex around
I love living at Blu on Farrington. This is the best apartment around with the most up to date appliances. Most of the MBA students live here and I quickly made 30+ friends. I live in a one-bedroom apartment with tons of space. The amenities are wonderful- gym, pool, study room! The only problem is it's a 10-minute drive from campus, and if you want to go out on franklin street, you have to uber.

Excellent High-end Facility
The building is remarkably nice and is full of MBA students. There are roughly 35 in our class that live there which gives it a strong community feel. There is a nice gym, free coffee, pools, and grills outside. It is a wonderful unit if you are willing to pay a little more and drive the 10 minutes to campus.
