Great place to live.
I've lived here 5 years, and I love it. It's super close to campus, and there is a bus that drops you off near the law school, which is convenient. The rent is cheap. The only downside is you will need to buy a window air conditioning unit.

No complaints yet
Experience has been good. The price for a two bedroom apartment in Provo is extremely good.

Awesome Place to live!
Wymount is a great place to live for a married couple. The place is really pretty, with a lot of grass and playgrounds. The apartments are not the newest, fanciest thing, but the carpets are clean, everything works well, and it feels like home. There is a great community here as well. Plus it is cheap and close to campus. It is kind of a win-win living here!

Awesome Spot
Great community, the apartments are old but maintenance is very responsive. No AC. Management sometimes makes questionable decisions (why did they paint over the numbers in the parking lots? why did they let my downstairs neighbor smoke weed?) but overall, I've really enjoyed my time here.
Super close to campus, very cheap for a family, makes this a winner in my book.

Wymount Bliss
The apartment is functional. It's very good value because it's a low price and is in good condition. Love, love, love the ward and people here. That makes it worth it. Easy walk to campus, plenty of open space, safe. Biggest downside is there is no AC during the summer, so you will need a window AC unit.

Wymount Terrace
It's really great. They're old apartments, but maintenance is always just a phone call away, and for the price and proximity to campus, you really can't beat it.

North Wymount Apartments
We love it here at Wymount, the apartments are well-maintained, the grounds are beautiful with lots of trees, management and maintenance are responsive, and the rent is cheap. The main downsides are no dishwasher and not a lot of counter space in the kitchen.

Wymount Terrace (North Wymount)
I would recommend this place for law students because it's cheap and close, and part of married student wards. (The north apartments are nicer.)

Wymount Terrace
We enjoy living at Wymount. The rent includes cable, internet, gas, and water. We only pay for electricity. Things get fixed fairly quickly. Parking can be crowded at times. Very close to campus.
