Affordable and close to school

One of the cheapest options if you want a 2-bedroom. The North Wymount buildings are not so cinder-block-looking. Married student wards with a lot of newlyweds, pregnant couples, and babies. On campus so it's very close to BYU. One downside is if you're late on rent or another housing fee, BYU will put on a hold on your student account and class registration, but this isn't an issue too often. I recommend the 12 buildings up on the hill because it's less dangerous turning onto the main road and has a pretty view of the lake in the distance with mountains behind.

Great Temporary Home

This is a great place to be if you have a small family because of the amenities and the culture. There are playgrounds for young kids and great venues to go on walks. Rock Canyon Park is close as well as the temple. Another huge plus is that I can walk to school.

Close to campus but old

The best part is being close to campus. Other positives: there's a decent amount of space, we don't have thin walls or noise issues, the internet is good, and the ward/people living here are awesome. But the closest apartments to campus are really old and outdated. The kitchen is also tiny and hard to cook in, and the fire alarm is insanely sensitive. No AC--gets super hot in the summer, even on the first floor. Repairs take forever to get done. It's a place to live in that is super close to campus to save money, but don't expect much from the apartment itself.

Wymount

I love Wymount! It's close to the law school, quiet and pretty. The disturbed aren't perfect, but everything works well and BYU is very responsive to any problems.

A nice place to live simply

Wymount Terrace is a very nice place to live; each "quad" of four buildings in a rectangle surrounds a grassy area with trees and it is super close to the law school. The apartments can be pretty minimal, but there is enough closet space that even the smallest floor plan can comfortably suit two so long as they don't both have too many possessions. Everything except electricity is covered in the rent, and that is very manageable. It also comes with centralized heating, but not with air conditioning, so you do need to buy a unit.

Great place to live.

I've lived here 5 years, and I love it. It's super close to campus, and there is a bus that drops you off near the law school, which is convenient. The rent is cheap. The only downside is you will need to buy a window air conditioning unit.

No complaints yet

Experience has been good. The price for a two bedroom apartment in Provo is extremely good.

Awesome Place to live!

Wymount is a great place to live for a married couple. The place is really pretty, with a lot of grass and playgrounds. The apartments are not the newest, fanciest thing, but the carpets are clean, everything works well, and it feels like home. There is a great community here as well. Plus it is cheap and close to campus. It is kind of a win-win living here!
