Great apartment, close to campus but starting to get pricey
I really enjoy my apartment at Campus Hill. There is a nature trail in the back of the complex, and it is just down Grand River, about 10-15 minutes from the Radiology Building with moderate traffic. Total, I pay about 1080 a month, split between two people, for everything besides my electricity. The prices are starting to climb, but for the time being it is an okay price for its proximity to campus.

Nice apartment, average management
Apartment is modern and spacious, but management takes a while to respond and apartment wasn't fully clean when moving in.
