Good besides move-in date
Great renovations and amenities, can be pricey but is close to the school. The heat and air isn't centralized and the walls are thin.
No maintenance and lots of trash
There's just no maintenance. We're having a leak for months, notified them and nothing happens. Also, there's lots of trash everywhere.
2nd year in Wildwood
I like the walking paths within the complex and the nice pool area. The maintenance is very responsive and nice. The gym is also the best that I have seen in an apartment.

Overall good experience
Good apartment!
Ive had a great experience living here, only thing to note is the maitenence sometimes takes too long to execute work orders.
The Tower - New Renovations, Great Location
When I first visited the Tower, a significant amount of the building was under renovation. They've fully redone the lobby, gym, game room, study rooms, the apartment I moved into had brand-new appliances, and they're redoing the pool for Spring 2025. I also believe each apartment comes with a balcony (at least mine does and my friends' does as well).
Whenever I have had an issue (some internet problems and a noisy A/C), management responds within the day and resolves it at no cost. The management is friendly and is looking to work with residents to improve the living experience. My only problem is the proximity to Grand River Rd and the railroad, the apartment itself is a little secluded, back about 150 yards from Grand River and 200 yards from the railroad. However, it can still get noisy when people race their straight-piped cars down the road or when the GM train goes by, but neither of those is the apartments' fault.
The location is excellent. I attend the Broad College (20 minute walk from my place) and there is a paved path that runs from the apartment, over the Red Cedar, and onto campus. It is also a 5-minute walk from Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and the International Market, 10-minute walk from Crunch Fitness, 1/2 hour walk from Spartan Stadium/Downtown, and a 10-minute drive from Costco. All-in-all, a perfect location for a student who doesn't own a car. Even if you do, the Tower provides excellent parking for an additional $20/month.
The Tower is an excellent option for students looking to be close to campus, downtown, and the grocery store.
Nice amenities and close to campus
The best part of the apartment is that it is in walking distance of campus. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the Business College Complex when taking the trail in the back of the building. The apartment offers nice amenities like a gym, game room, study rooms, dog park, and a pool. Management (specifically the leasing department) can be frustrating to work with at times, but the maintenance and cleaning staff are fantastic.
Review
It is located near FIU which means a lot of undergrad students. Sometimes can be loud at night.
8/10
I am happy with Varsity apartment. The only thing is I wished it was closer to campus.

Great Apartment
Unbeatable place if you have no better idea living in LA
Except that the price is a bit high, I don't have any negative words about the property. The distance is unbeatable and you can fully immerse yourself in the school life. Normally the schedule of your day is scattered, so you can commute and have a rest whenever you want in a day.
There are many students living here and around, so you don't feel unsafe walking nearby in the night.
The maintenance and property staff are responsive, so they can deal with any issue in a timely manner. The mailing and delivery service is safe too.
Sound insulation is perfect compared with on-campus student housing.
Close to metro and many bus stops as well. Can see the city center skyscrapers and Hollywood sign in some units.
Wildwood is great!
I've loved it here. Wildwood tries to make you feel at home with events for residents, and there are plenty of quiet places to study and chill after school. I recommend it to anyone moving to Baton Rouge.
Good place
Recently renovated! Good location but move in is late.
Good apartment, construction is just a bit much
Glad renovations are taking place, looking forward to the finished result.
LATE move in, no a/c for a week, unclean apt., bad mgmt.
