Excellent Luxury Apartments 15 minutes from UCSD

Sola is an excellent luxury apartment complex in Pacific Highlands Ranch (Carmel Valley) 15 minutes from campus. Includes 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units with in unit laundry, walk-in glass showers, gas appliances in kitchen. Includes two parking spaces. Dog friendly. Amenities include bicycle storage and repair room, dog bath room, pool with cabanas, multiple outdoor grill and fire pit areas, hot tub with cabanas, gym, common room “the clubhouse” with pool table, shuffle board table, bug screen tv’s and WiFi, and conference room (reservable when you want to host study groups, etc). Neighboring buildings on property include a rite aid, Trader Joe’s, Panera, Starbucks, pizza place, and six other restaurants, Wells Fargo and coming soon a chase bank. Property also includes playground and dog park.
