Dupont Circle Studio Complex
I have enjoyed living at 1818 Riggs because of its proximity to the Dupont Circle metro and all that the Dupont neighborhood has to offer. The price range for the area is what keeps me at the complex; if the price increases, I will most likely have to move. The apartment complex is well-kept for the discounted price we are offered. If you're hoping to live in such a wonderful place on a tighter budget, this is a great living space option.

Shared old house with lovely roommates
Craiglisting an old house actually worked out really well. I love my roommates and the house has everything I need plus a backyard. I am paying almost $400 less than I did for a studio downtown and I am much happier.
