Adams Row Review
Great location, the unit is a bit small, and a bit of a walk to the nearest metro. Otherwise, fantastic.

Adams Morgan Reviews

I love living in Adams Morgan. There are so many parks, recreational centers, bars, and restaurants. Whenever friends want to get together, I never have to go far. I also love that there are not many chain amenities, so you’re really supporting local businesses. The night life can lean a little toward the younger college crowd, but it’s also easy to head toward DuPont or U St if you’re looking for something a little different.
Great cafes and restaurants and amazing night life. Not close to a metro stop.
1818 Riggs is situated in the northern Dupont Circle neighborhood, immediately surrounded by residential buildings but within walking distance of Connecticut Ave NW, 18th St NW, and 14th St NW. Very hospitable and convenient for all amenities needed.
Great mix of tree lined streets with pretty old brick homes and restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife, etc. Near Rock Creek Park for an escape from city life and exercise. Near the zoo for fun time off. Convenient quality grocery stores within walking distance (Harris Teeter, Safeway, etc.). Dog park down the street. Families with children playing outside into the evening.
Adams Morgan has a great mix of families and young professionals, which means blend of coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants and bars. The neighborhood looks incredibly different in day vs. at night -- so has something for everyone. Public transport isn't ideal (no metro stop and not a ton of buses) but is a great place to live and can get most places in the city pretty easily.
Like I said before, it is a really active and full part of town with a lot going on. I've come across several families who live in my building alone, and overall (besides some of the chaos that happens up in AdMo come the weekend) it's a great and safe area to live in.
Adams Morgan is a great neighborhood. There are shops and restaurants in the heart of the neighborhood. Everything is walking distance. It’s reasonably safe. There’s access to public transportation.
Adams Morgan is incredible for bars and restaurants. There is always something happening in the neighborhood. On the weekends it overflows with people coming in for a fun night.
