Gossett on Church
I have enjoyed my time at this apartment. It is relatively expensive, but I liked being close to Vanderbilt.

Good location, just pricey
Very good location in the Gulch about ten minutes from belmont. Apartments are pre-wired for Google fiber so internet is $49.95 a month and service is excellent. Nest thermostat keeps electric bills under $75 a month most months. Parking is not assigned and visitor parking was basically removed so people bring visitors in the gates and parking can be hard to find on the lower floors. Maintainence is responsive and effective. I lived in Brentwood for the first three years of school and traffic was a nightmare even living right off the interstate, so although you’re paying a premium for the location, the time that frees up for studying/working/rest has been worth it. I’m only paying $200 more a month than I was in Brentwood but save that on gas and time easily every month. Also, this is a new complex (three to four years old) so its very energy efficient compared to the old place I lived in Brentwood. I save at least $100 a month on power in summer and winter because of this.
