has potential

its very noisy at night, my room is by the parking garage and i can hear people yelling/screaming sometimes at 3 am. i also hear people doing burn outs every once in awhile as well.

closest to campus

My roommates and I (all opto students) have had some issues with the apartment, but none that have outweighed the advantage of being walking distance to school.

It's fully furnished and includes everything except for parking in the rent. Since it is so close to school, you save the $500-ish you'd spend for a UH parking spot.

It has a nice pool, good gym amenities, and if you live on the top floor you do not hear people partying downstairs. But the elevator goes out at least 2x a semester for 2-4 weeks at a time. So if you live on the top floor.... you'll get your steps in for the day going to and from school.

Student housing so has some downsides of having younger residents living on the property but conveniently located near UHCO and is a new property
