Great Place to Live
This apartment is very nice with plenty of amenities. The highlight as an Owen student is the fact I can walk to class in 5 minutes.

Great location and amenaties
Approx 15 min walk to campus. Building is really nice! Super tall ceilings with modern appliances. Have lived in a 1b1b and now a 2b2b both of which have been great. Excellent amenities that are not super crowded and easy to use (very large gym, pool, lounge, grill area etc.). Would definitely recommend. Building management are also responsive and helpful. Quiet area in a cute neighborhood.

Great for Proximity to Peabody
The location is great for someone who wants to walk to campus. It takes less than 20 minutes from my building all the way to Wyatt.

Great building, just be wary of construction
If possible try to tour the specific unit before moving in- some units are directly across from construction sites which are noisy at all hours of the day. But overall, the building provides a good value + a lot of amenities and is generally pretty quiet. Management is responsive to maintenance requests and questions.

Blessed
I managed to secure a spot in a friendly neighborhood that does not get crowded nor does it have noise disturbances. Additionally, it is four blocks away from the Law School. The property is not that big, which means that you do not have to wait for elevators, or run into many people. The leasing office employees are experienced, friendly, and respectful. No doubt in my mind that I chose the best available option at the time and would most definitely recommend to anyone and everyone. Oh and they offer free Starbucks coffee all day everyday.

Great but loud
Absolutely love millennium! Super close to campus and midtown and you can walk pretty much anywhere from there. Management is great and fixes problems fast, they even let me into my apartment at 2am when I got locked out. I didn’t rate it a perfect 10 because of how loud the area is! There’s construction on either side of the building and it’s incredibly loud during the day and sometimes at night. Also the petal tavern goes by very frequently Thursday-Sunday and the people riding it are very loud and drunk. Definitely wish management mentioned that before signing.

Pricy but overall good
My first few months at the apartment (pre-COVID) were an overall positive experience. The complex hosted two gatherings a month often with food and drink that were great for making a sense of community. The pool and amenities were overall well kept and great. It was a 15 min walk to school. The staff were generally very nice and quick to respond. The biggest downsides for me were the relatively high price and their inability to refund any money for amenities during the pandemic. If you were even a day or two late on paying rent they would charge you more (likely a company policy). The other residents could also be easily heard at times, and because of its location near Demonbreun street, there were a lot of "parties" that could be heard outside your window especially on weekends. The proximity to restaurants and bars was a plus though (pre-COVID).

Overall great complex
Really great complex! They had a not great manager, but got a new manager in January that seems much better. Cant hear anything from side to side neighbors, can definitely hear people above me and occasionally people below me. Very few undergrads seem to live here. Close to Vandy and all things Midtown.
