Excellent amenities, occasional difficulties with leasing management
I will lead by saying this property is NOT close to campus, and the only reason I moved here initially was because it is close to my husband's work, one of us had to commute, and he had just been commuting for two years and it was taking a toll. If you want to live right off-campus, this is not the place for you. That said, having moved here, even though I do face a commute, I really like living here. It is in a very outdoorsy, nature filled area surrounded by open spaces, and we get a great mountain view from the balcony. There are lots of food and drink options nearby but it is definitely suburban, not an urban life. As someone who isn't into the urban life I enjoy it.
Caveats: parking can fill up, and management has not always been responsive to problems. They have gotten better at times and hopefully this continues, but the least favorite part of the experience has been how the property manager has dealt with certain issues.
The pool is phenomenal (salt water) and the on-site gym leaves no need for a gym membership as everything you could possibly ask for is there.
Not for those who want to live right off campus or in an urban area, but someone who likes relative quiet and lots of nature to enjoy might like living here.
