Not great, not horrible
The apartment complex itself is nice and the building is fairly new. It is less than 1 mile to campus and there is a shuttle that stops right in front of the building that takes you to campus.
The only amenities are a gym, an outdoor grill, and a dog park. The gym is extremely small but has the basics. Parking costs an extra $65/month for an uncovered spot or $85/month for covered (a bit ridiculous in my opinion). The alternative is parallel parking in the street for free. The building is right next to a hospital, and being in Clifton in general, you hear sirens 24/7. Overall, I think the complex is extremely overpriced. I've lived in apartments much bigger and nicer than this one for the same price. Other than the location close to campus, I'm not sure what I'm really paying for.
