Law student review

I was subletting here for 1 semester until getting off of the ucla student housing waitlist. It is very expensive, but I would definitely suggest negotiating with your sublessor. The apartment itself is nice, but it gets very loud on the weekends at night. It's also on a hill and not very accessible to the law school. I would not recommend this place to law students as it is very expensive and and far from the law school with the nearest university bus about 6 minutes walk away uphill.

Close to campus, safe building

The staff are absolutely wonderful, it's an extremely safe building. If you have nice flatmates, you're good to go!
