Great location
The location is great, but the standard is not the best. The apartment complex is old.

Good price for what you're getting, close to campus and walkable, nice to live with another grad student.

Good living situation
This is my second year living in this apartment at Olive Court Weyburn Terrace. I am happen with my roommate, assigned by Housing based on our living style. The apartment was clean and in good condition when I moved in. Maintenance is responsive when we need things fixed. When we had flour beetles, they came and treated the problem areas. After two treatments and some storage changes, we have not had anymore issues. The laundry room is acceptable, but not great. It is operated through an app and seems expensive. The machines are adequate, but sometimes smell musty or don't clean my clothes completely. There are sometimes issues with the fire alarm, which is sensitive and maybe old? It has gone off many times and the fire department comes to disable it. The apartment buildings are safe and conveniently located close to the UAN mailroom and to Westwood Village amenities, as well as the Kinross graduate gym. Parking isn't included - you have to be approved and pay $300+ per quarter, and you can't have a campus permit if you have a Weyburn permit. However, this seems normal for the area. The BruinBus is a convenient way to get around, though it can get crowded with undergraduate students. Utilities are included in rent (including AC/heat)! I am very happy to be living here.

Great for Grad Students: Convenience over Everything
The unit themselves are pretty old, I can't lie, so if you're looking for modern kitchens, bathrooms, etc. this would not be the place to live. However, they are very spacious, clean, and affordable given the area. There is easy access to bus stops for both university buses and city buses, and the units are filled with grad students so it's relatively quiet. There's washers/dryers within each complex, and it's been relatively easy to go when they're available because there's an app. AC can be controlled in unit which is also nice. There is only one elevator in my building that is very slow, so if you have mobility issues I would take note. The stairs are also awkwardly located, so they can be inconvenience to use at times. For the most part it's a good place to live, especially if you're unfamiliar with the area. It's walking distance to the center of Westwood so it's easy to get food, drinks, etc. or study elsewhere. I do wish there was more space. The bedrooms are on the smaller end and furniture is provided which is nice but also means that orientation is limited. I personally think it's a great option for those who don't want to engage in the housing hunt/have peace of mind. There are definitely nicer places available but they are really rare in the same price range. I have my own bedroom and bathroom, which I would not be able to get in the same area at the same price, so it's all relative.

Good Student Housing
Weyburn Terrace is a great option for those looking for affordable housing. It's also close to UCLA, public transportation, grocery stores, and Westwood Village. The apartments are nice and adequately maintained, but there are occasional issues. Fortunately, maintenance is typically quick to respond.

Weyburn Terrace Review
It's fine for what it is, but the amenities aren't great, very little sunlight in the apartment, and the walls are thin. You mainly pay for being next to campus, which is a good value.

Weyburn Terrace
Weyburn is the best cost-effective option for law students. The apartments are furnished, close to the Village and campus, and you'll have your own bathroom no matter the floor plan. It is also nice to have the university maintenance, and they feel very safe and quiet.
