Quiet complex, needs some updating

Decently sized apartments, but very buggy (we have intruders every day, with a very clean apartment. I know that comes with the territory of living near a greenbelt, but ew! We're talking, roaches, spiders (huge tarantulas!), centipedes, scorpions, etc.) 14 year old kitchen appliances, kitchens poorly laid out and constructed, gym is laughable. Two pools and a dog park are a nice amenity, but I would skip this one. There are better and newer complexes right around the corner for a comparable price.
