Solid housing but very expensive
Has all the amenities, great location and beautiful interior. Unfortunately it's fairly expensive.

Nice Apartment in Excellent Location
The apartment is nice and spacious, with clean/modern gym facility. Walking distance from certain units to the parking garage/elevator is a bit long. The real benefit of this residence is the location in the heart of Rice Village, and very close to Rice University.

Loves it!
I lived 5 years in NYC. The bar is pretty low but this is a country club in an apartment complex. I wished I had less work so I could enjoy the luxury amenities more.
