Great place to live for Graduates

The apartment is good but there is a space constraint in the bedrooms and the wardrobe space is further limited because of the air conditioning system. Safety is good and a community feel is provided.

I had very positive experience at Rice Village Apartments from the aspect of convenience, security and accessibility. As an international, I highly recommend it. Since in the first year, school activities are very rigorous, residence at one of the grad apts reduces a lot of hassles. The area around the apartments is beautiful which I really loved. Great area for a walk too. Few disadvantages based on preference - Pets are not allowed (there are some exceptions), laundry is common to entire complex and there is guest policy.

It is a decent housing for students with good facilities and safety. Internet is good and maintenance requests are entertained well. Free shuttle service is available.

Its good for 1st year

Safe area, clean, decent price and close to campus. Perfect for someone new to Texas in their 1st year

The apartment is nice and convenient for a first year student, however I do not recommend students living here if they have a car. Apartments are not that big and there are zero common areas.

Convenient and great location

Finishes are okay and studio spaces are extremely small. The best feature is having furniture provided, instead of having to rent or buy. Building itself is pretty basic but the rent is too high for the quality of the product. Trash is irritatingly far from the upper floor units. Great location though.

Bus service is very useful. Proximity to school is useful. Rooms are not that large and storage space is average. But pretty decent. No gym or large meeting places but has some room where you can play pool and table tennis
