Good but I’d prefer to be closer to campus

The property is nice and has a great pool with a pretty good gym. The biggest problem is that you only get one parking spot and guest parking is very limited so it’s hard to have and friends over. Also, there isn’t anything within walking distance so you definitely need a car, but that’s true for most of Miami.

La Vida

Great location, about equidistant to both Flagler and FIU. Shopping plaza right down the road. Decent gym open 24 hours. Pool and community center. Overall friendly staff and helpful. Safe location with lake views
