Great amenities and staff!

Living at Grove Station Tower has been a great experience so far. The staff is amicable and the amenities are good. I have lived here for almost two years and have no complaints. The price is a bit high but distance to school and closeness to public transportation makes it worth it.

Close to campus safe building

We have lived here for 4 years. Its close to campus IF you have a car, and is safe and clean. Not as hip as Brickell, but way better imo than Dadeland.

Right next door to the apartment is a Boston Market (fast food), a chipotle , a chase bank, and a Pei Wei restaurant across the street begins the true Miracle mile, complete with countless restaurants, bridal stores, and a Barnes and Noble. There are plenty of food and shopping possibilities moments from the apartment.
not really close enough to walk effectively anywhere but great by car. on the edge of Grove and Gables.
Amazing views but plans to knock these older buildings down to build new skyscrapers
Coconut Grove is walking distance and we have many restaurants and stores close to us. The neighborhood is quiet and we have never encountered any issues.
Coral Gables is a nice, but sometimes expensive, place to walk and enjoy shopping and restaurants.
