Soo Line Review
Very close to school and has access to the skyways. Its a fun location, excellent for meeting before going to a concert or any of the sports in downtown. Tall ceilings make it feel more spacious than it is.
I found it by looking at website online and reading some reviews. I looked in about May before my first term. I will likely live here all 3 years, maybe past that as well.

Soo Line
I've loved living at the Soo Line Building since moving to downtown MPLS. The building is 100 feet from the Nicollet Mall light rail station, which drops me off 100 yards from the back door of the law school. 12 foot ceilings, indoor/outdoor pool/hot tub, great rooftop area with views of both stadiums, club room, nice 24/7 gym. Lots of young people live here but seems more in the 23-27 range, which is nice for a post-grad student. Middle of downtown with access to tons of restaurants/bars/skyway. The train can be somewhat loud when it starts running at 5am, but living 11 floors up I hardly notice/never wake up from it. Rent specials (2 months off) made this place a deal too good to pass up. Highly recommend.

Skyway accessible downtown apartment
Soo Line is very convenient for getting to class (right next to Nicolett Mall light rail stop) and connected to the downtown skyway system so you can walk to Target, Walgreens, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, etc. all indoors. Parking is an added fee (very expensive and personally I don't think the garage is safe, my car window was once smashed in). The building has a really nice gym (Peloton bikes) and a rooftop pool.
