Convenient Place

It's very convenient. Although the house is a little bit old, you can call leasing office to fix many problems.

Nice maintenance service; Close to supermarkets and schools

The maintenance service provided by Irvine Company is very convenient. The location is in UTC, close to supermarkets and schools, making it incredibly accessible.

Since moving in, I have seen many spiders in the house, and even cockroaches, as well as some unknown bugs. The soundproofing of the house is not very good. And the house is close to the road, so there is no sense of security. But its location is so convenient for us. It only takes me a little over 10 minutes to walk to school every day.
