Generally good and peaceful, but lots of construction
Pretty good housing with parking, no community issues, no excess noise from other tenants, no pests. Responsive to any maintenance needs. Throughout my time living here, however, it seems they always have some sort of construction going on (e.g. painting, concrete pouring, building construction on resident patios, etc) and it's quite disruptive, especially for a student with zoom classes and interviews that require an in-home, quiet environment.

Generally good
great location (can bike to school, even walk though it's a little longer), really close to UTC food options, amenities are great
I really like my actual apartment, it has a lot of natural sunlight and is not claustrophobic to be in
maintenance is 10/10 though management is just okay
price is the biggest drawback; it's worth it since I live with my SO, but I don't know if I'd be willing to pay if I was living by myself or with other students
noise levels due to construction can be annoying though. generally, I'd advise to take care with choosing a place with noise levels that you can handle; there is a lot of construction and maintenance happening in Irvine generally as well as within apartment complexes, and that is not information most companies tend to be upfront about so make sure you ask

Overall good
Good facilities, kind and helpful staffs, and convenient location.
One bad thing is the noise in the morning. Cleaning staff use air blows and the sound is terrible.
But I’m satisfied with all other things.

Satisfied
The rent is reasonable and the room is comfortable.
Staffs are kind and maintenance staffs come to my room quickly when I have problems.
Even though the price rise in 2nd year is severe but I'm almost satisfied with the current room.

Ambrose Apartment Homes Review
Good Apartment but could definitely be better

Student
It is the quietest complex around the college campus and the only location I could find a place with a couple months notice. It conveniently located near UTC so it's easy to pick up groceries and other necessities. It is also next the park which makes it a great place to get out if you have a pet! I can walk to class in under 15 minutes.

Happy to be here
The management is very transparent and is always holding events for residents. Studio is perfect size for one, and has plenty of space. Only down side is laundry is on the other side of apartment complex, but I have never had issues with it being busy enough where I cant use any of the machines. Personal garage is also a plus (does not come with all units). Pool and hot tubs are nice, gym has about 4-5 machines, a dumbbell set, and treadmills/ellipticals/bikes. A little pricey, but convenience to school helps.
