Cooper Village Apt Review
This is a good place to live if you want to be close to school. I really enjoy being able to quickly get to school (in a 2-3 minute walk) or come back home for lunch. However it might be a little overpriced for the limited amenities we are provided with our rent. The appliances are newer however, which is nice.

hi
It's been great! The apartment itself is beautiful and very well furnished and designed. I dislike the 1 bathroom for 3 roommates very much, but there is a lot of space, which I appreciate. I wish the utilities were included, but alas.
I dislike how it's entrance is awkward and on the front street on Boardway. It's very scary to get in when there are strangers walking right behind you. The location is also very loud because there are always cars driving and honking their horns on the front street.
I also noticed that the windows do not close completely. They are not secure and they are EXTREMELY leaky, so that the heat never stays inside. They are very environmentally inefficient.

Little Space for Big Price
I am living and one of the newer apartments for Cooper Village, however there is very little room compared to the other apartments under Cooper Village. The price is the same as the other, much bigger apartments under Cooper Village. Seems a bit unfair

Cooper Village
Our apartment is great in itself- great new appliances, close to school and the hospital and not far from the transport center. I feel safe and secure in my apartment because of the code to get into the building. I will say that there are no communal amenities, and it has been difficult receiving packages.

?
Cheap and nice, but water bills are absurd and management is questionable.

Convenience at a price
Apartment looks nice with hardwood floors and nice countertops, which is great since you're paying so much for rent.... but bathroom ceiling has previous issues with leaks that took months to fix.

Medical student
Very small 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 large kitchen/living room
Condition was decent. It was a brand new apartment in an old building. Appliances were brand new but the washer/dryer was broken for the first 2-3 months of my residence (this was fixed by management). Good location right across from medical school

Pricey even though average quality
Issue with parking and delivering packages are the biggest stressors. We have to physically open the door for any delivery man because there is no code to enter the apartment (specifically need to access key).
