Headaches every week
The apartment itself is pretty nice, but seemingly every week we've lived there, we've experienced an enormous headache. Alarms going off; trash piling up and blocking exits; management being unresponsive or impossible to reach; our smoke alarm begins beeping in the middle of the night, and can only be turned off by maintenance (who are also impossible to reach in emergencies); and flooding in numerous apartments next to us.

Great living experience
I love being close to everything in downtown. Most of the restaurants and bars that I would want to go to are within walking distance. The leasing office is extremely friendly and helpful as well. It is a little bit on the expensive side and not as many other Duke Law students live here as I would like, but I still loving being at BullHouse

Nice Downtown Apartment
While I would not go as far as saying Bullhouse is a luxury apartment, it's nice and I have enjoyed my time here. The downtown location is nice; however, new buildings are going up on two sides, there's a train on one side and the highway on the other side. So being in the middle of everything comes at the cost of constant noise--the train is by far the loudest, and comes regularly from early in the morning (~6am) to late at night (~10pm). The rent comes with internet, cable, HBO, and trash pick up at the door. I spend an additional $80 or so on electricity, water, heating/cooling per month. I think I got an excellent deal on my apartment compared to what other people paid for similar quality in other apartment complexes, or even in other apartments in my building. I would expect prices to be much higher than what I paid now that the building is at capacity—my floor plan (1 bed) is now $1450/month.

awesome
Have lived here for three years and extremely happy with my time. Lots of new construction in the neighborhood now which means rent is going way up, lots of noise (jackhammering at all hours of day) and horrible parking situation. Once these buildings are finished, will be delightful again

Good Place
Really nice and big apartments. Neighborhood is changing so more stuff is coming to the area. Close to running trail and DT Durham. Right off highway.
