Amazing! Favorite place I’ve lived

I’ve had the best experience at The Ramsey! Its in a great walkable location in DT Durham. The amenities are top notch and very luxury. The building and parking is secure. Maintenance requests (the few I’ve had in two years) are tended to swiftly.

I love it here!

Great Studio Experience

Love being in downtown Durham, not too far from school (8 min drive) but also allows me to be a little disconnected from the Fuqua bubble.

Good place to live

9/10. Maintenance is quick. Minus 1 star for being next to the train tracks.

Can walk to ponysaurus, mezcalito, hi wire, and the fruit.

So far, so good

The management is quick to respond to service requests. I love the amount of natural light my apartment gets. There are many amenities that I’m hoping to get to use more in the coming months. I do wish the pool was kept open longer, as they close it in October.

Love it here - will renew!

The Ramsey is in an amazing location in downtown Durham, walking distance to the Bulls Athletic Park, the Fruit, and great restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is safe. The building itself is brand new and all of the amenities are well kept and feel like luxury. The leasing staff is also great and responsive!
