- Bathroom is old and needs some maintenance; kitchen is functional, but counter spaces are lacking
- Laundry in the basement

Extremely poor maintenance in a convenient location
The apartment is a nice size in a good location, but maintenance never happens and the heat is uncontrollably hot. The kitchen is also very small with limited counter space.
