Great Location

the convenience of Bristol cannot be beat. You are a short walk or shuttle ride away from the hospital, which especially during clerkship year when you have a 4AM surgery start time is huge. It has a pool and small gym and lots of medical students live there to socialize. The one downside is it is a building with a bit of a stickler manager, and breaking apartment rules carries hefty fines. If you read rules ahead of time and are a respectful neighbor, though, should not be an issue.

Bristol West End

Bristol West End is a great place to live.
It is very close to the medical school building (less than a 10 min walk). It is also right next to a shuttle that goes to and from the medical school building.
The building is nice but nothing overly special. There is a pool and a gym and they are decent.
Apartments are nice but on the more expensive side.
Also a lot of medical students live in the complex which is nice.

Super close!!!

Super close by ! Shuttle service right across the street or easy 20min walk to nursing building. Nice pool and quiet building. Only reason not 10/10 is the landlord is a bit difficult but what landlord isn’t and it is right across from the tailgating parking lot which can be loud on game days.

Bristol West End

The bristol is so incredibly convenient!! Some people are put off by the property manager and the surplus of rules. It's not terribly bad and honestly evens out when you consider how close it is to campus. The gym is small but the area by the pool is pretty nice. Overall I don't regret living here but I do plan on moving out even though my residency is in Nashville.

Convenient location and great facility

This apartment is super convenient to get to campus. It's a 15 minute walk to campus, and there's also a shuttle in the Vandy parking lot across the street that makes the commute even quicker. The building is well-maintained, quiet, and safe. The facilities include a pool, gym, and gated garage parking. Overall, I've really enjoyed living here.

Great location, awesome landlord, other things to be desired

My favorite part about where I live is the proximity to campus (walk is ~12 minutes to VUMC) and my awesome landlord. The price for the space and proximity is very comparable as well. However, Bristol's management (CPi-MGMT) is not communicative and very difficult to work with. Specifically, the property manager is rude and treats medical students like children. She does not deliver information or updates (i.e. construction, noise) with timeliness and the HOA is often out of money despite not accomplishing needed repairs (i.e. pool area repairs, garage door malfunctions).
