Beautiful & Overpriced Monopoly
Good: Great location near the commons, new building, pet friendly, a lot of students, great technology & amenities, incredibly nice gym facility, has a dog wash,
Bad: constantly locking amenities that tenants pay for without explanation, increasing rent, hires questionable staffers, lacks privacy, packages often go missing,

City Centre apartments
Great location in the Commons with restaurants, grocery stores, and two bus stops within easy walking distance. Management has been extremely polite, respectful, and easy to talk to, with prompt responses from maintenance. Neighbors are also students and younger people, which means noise levels do get high on weekends. One thing to keep in mind is that even though everything looks beautiful, it's made cheaply—walls chip and dent like butter, countertops and the metal sinks stain if you so much as look at them the wrong way, and the huge gaps in the tiling + no air circulation in the bathrooms is a recipe for mildew and rust. They also make a big deal out of the Latch security system, which requires an app or a code to get in. While it does feel safer than a key that can be lost or stolen, one thing to know is that the deadbolt in apartment doors are useless to a point: if someone has your code and you have the door bolted, they can still get in. Overall, it's a nice place to live, but extremely expensive for what you get.

No bugs, clean building, overpriced
If you're looking for modern appliances, well-kept apartments, and a clean lobby/elevator, City Centre is great. However, you'll be paying a great deal for a fairly small apartment. The location downtown is also nice.

Best apartment for MBA students
Great apartment for MBA students, much of the class lives in the building so makes for a great social environment. Gym is great too.

Great apartment, too expensive
Apartment is very nice, everything looks great in the apartment and the rest of the building. It's just too expensive. Utilities are way too expensive on top of the already too high base rent.

Yes to The Commons, no to City Centre
Coming from New York City, this apartment is unnecessarily expensive. It is poorly built (shower doors leak, floors get marks from the furniture), the decor is atrocious (thing a hotel in vegas that caters to people with money and no taste), and using an app to open all doors instead of a regular key is one of the most unnecessary features I've ever been sold.
That said, management is very nice and location is excellent.

Solid
Great gym, nice rooftop patio for grilling out, and hosting small events. Free freshly ground coffee. Nice front desk staff.

Great location, not quite luxury though
The location is fantastic. It's very nice being downtown next to all of the bars and restaurants.
The amenities include a rooftop deck, very nice main lounge with games, and a full gym with great workout equipment.
Concerns include the relatively cheap build quality of the apartments, including external walls and windows. Internally, the kitchen space is nice. Bedrooms are a little small and can be oddly configured depending on the specific unit.
Management can ask for weird things and operate oddly but is incredibly responsive to any concerns. Transportation to Johnson is very easy with multiple bus routes available at all times.
