Great quarters, decent management, truly unbeatable location. Location is everything for your time at Cox. No better place to live, in my opinion.

Secure, Quiet and Comfortable

The price might be high, but it is SUPER close to SMU, with a very quiet, comfortable community. It is also SUPER close to a big grocery, Kroger. The apartment has a swimming pool, barbecue place and a great gym. Also 3 minutes to DART transit, and 5 big restaurants (Sushi, Ramen, Taco, Bar and Texas Burger) just downstairs. It can satisfy most of your needs for an apartment.
