Amazing location, walking distance to everything....
Pros include walkability to concerts, events, public transit, and games for all major sports teams in the city. Cons include a lack of police response to public safety issues, which is improving slowly. The building itself is beautiful, historical registry, 100 years old. Modern updates to appliances with 100 year old near floor to ceiling windows. Stunning architecture in the atrium/lobby as well.
