Great building with some quirks

Apartment is a great space with nice appliances and friendly people in the building and dealing with management. However, some random stuff occurs in building like the terrace level hallway having a foul odor for over 2 months. The roof and view are nice and it's close to everything in Adams Morgan. Location is perfect!
