Great place to live in a developing area
Rego Park continues to grow in developments. It has all the amenities that you will need with the rego park center and the queens center mall nearby. It's a great place to live if you are a working individual as it is close to the subway and only 25 min rise via taxi. Generally by 10pm everything is closed and the neighborhood is quiet at night. Park City 3&4 is a prehistoric building that is located near the subway. This building is pet friendly and management is friendly. The building cones with a seasonal pool and doorman. It has one of the lowest maintenance in rego park and the market value of apartments have been steadily increasing.
