We have been living in this building for multiple years. Location is great and management is responsive. However since it is an old building there aren't many amenities. Also there is constant communication around.

Since the building is across the zoo when the wather is nice the area is packed with tourists.

We love living here. Love having a gym in the building, love the package pickup system, and management is great. We feel safe here too, though we do have some slight concerns about lack of security at entrance. Anyone can walk in after you. Great place though.

My roommate and I were drawn to this building because you can very easily convert a one bedroom unit into a two bedroom unit. The living room has doors and completely closes off - and it has a large closet. The maintenance staff are awesome and always respond to requests quickly.
Zoo tourist traffic is really high in the summer, which can be annoying. It's also "metro accessible" but right in between two stops, so it's still a trek to the metro.

Quality apartment with nice conditions and speedy maintenance. Building is fairly small but in an excellent location with nice tenants. Any laundry/gym equipment problems are quickly fixed and the leasing office answers emails within the same day they are sent.

These apartments are fantastic. You can't beat the deal anywhere in the city. Great location, even better management! From the gym to the courtyard to the responsiveness of the management team, this apartment is one of the best in the city. I would highly recommend it.
