Love my building

Great price in a great location! Also, since it’s a newer building, I have a washer/dryer in my apartment which is really hard to find in DC. Whenever any issues have arisen, management has been reasonable at fixing it in a timely manner. Sometimes you do have to followup however. Overall, I've been happy with my decision to live here!
