Baumhaus Review

The apartments are fairly small and expensive, so you're paying for the amenities (on-site gym, lounges and rooftop, housekeeping, social events). The building is pretty new, so there are no pest issues and each room has its own thermostat. It's a small room so there's not a lot of storage because of that but they make the most of the space with lots of drawers. The management is friendly and responsive to emails. The location is also fantastic with the Giant Eagle across the street and the bus stop on the block with access to school, Lawrenceville, Strip District, East Liberty, and Squirrel Hill.

Baumhaus Review

The apartment is really close to the bus stop, which is great. There are also really nice social events every month, usually with food and drink. The building is very modern and includes thermostats and all electric utilities. The downside is that the space is a little small and the rent is expensive compared to other local apartments.
