Fine, but usually understaffed and there is turnover every year with management. Things that shouldn’t be a problem usually are. There was a lot of crime that went on over this past winter with break ins to the lobby gym and managers office. They took the lobby TV and management eventually replaced it but with a smaller one. The vending machine broke and they didn’t replace it. They do not have the equipment on top of the apartment for window washer platforms so they do not wash the windows. WiFi breaks only rarely. Currently they advertise on the side walk with a sign that says the establishment has been newly restyled but I’ve been here two years and haven’t noticed anything different. I know for a fact that my apartment has not had any updates. Packages from Amazon are frequently left in insecure locations and stolen but I don’t think that is a apartment problem just something to know. Parking in their garage is one space per unit. Maintenance responds quick but the work is not of high quality. I had a hole repatched snd plaster was sanded but wall was not ever repainted. The rooftop patio is not on the roof top it is on the second floor and there is no view only the hotel Nextdoor and apartments. It is quiet here for the most part, walls are a bit thin so I’d be worried if there were undergrads who partied who lived here. My understanding is that most of my neighbors are university employed or grad students.
