If you live here it's a lot easier to drive to school (it's like a 20 minute walk to the nearest PATCO station). There is a garage a block away but the building also offers parking. You'll end up spending around $250 a month. The apartment is located right near 676 so I usually get to school in under 10 minutes. The amenities are amazing including the gym. It's a very quiet neighborhood and the walls have very good sound insulation. There are a decent amount of food options near it and there is also a Giant a block away for grocery shopping.

It’s a very comfortable building. The location is great. I never had issues with neighbors. It has great amenities, and it is super student friendly.

It has a lot of amenities. Gym is "free" if you are renting here. Its a 15-20 minute commute if you take the Broad Street line.

Apartments are recently renovated and offer a lot of space with nice appliances. The location in particular is nice, right in Spring Garden, off the Broad Street Line. The gym has 3 spaces, and the bottom floor of the building has a ton of lovely space to study in.

I love the apartment. Great amenities, super modern, haven't seen a single bug (which is very important to me). Phase 2 was just built this year. Only downside is the commute. Have to take the sub then the trolley every day. Will be moving closer next year

I've lived here for two and a half years now and it has been an enjoyable experience. The apartment is spacious with separate bathrooms for me and my roommate. The facility is secure and has a very nice and spacious common area with a gym as well as an outdoor space.
