Skyhouse Denver

Moved into this apartment without previously seeing it and have been pleasantly surprised. Apartment is spacious, clean, and has updated appliances. Also has a great rooftop with gym, pool, grills, and amazing views of the mountains. Anytime that we have had a issue, the management has sent a maintenance member to fic it (ex: light bulbs, battery in smoke detector).

Only negative is the surrounding area. As it is directly downtown, it is a bit touristy with 16th Street nearby.
