Difficult management negates the awesome things about the apartment
The apartment itself is gorgeous. Floor to ceiling windows, quartz countertops, huge bathroom, walk-in closet, great kitchen appliances. There’s a gym on the second floor and a common room with a large television. However, the exorbitant price and the difficult management makes me want to move out every day. $1620 monthly is for the apartment, not including water, heat, electricity, gas, internet, or parking. There’s an additional rent for having a pet. I once got a parking ticket for parking in my assigned spot in the garage. The management office is so disorganized and when you ask them questions, they talk in circles so they don’t have to give you an answer.
The area is nice, but not the best or safest. I think I’m a few years it will be a great neighborhood, but that will take time. There are a few good options for food, but the best thing about living in this building is the amazing grocery store downstairs.
