Completely rennovated
I've lived her since summer 2017 when the apartment community was nearing completion of their renovations. All new stainless steel appliances, cabinets and fixtures, washer and dryer, and granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. Parking can be an issue if you get home late, so I'd recommend a covered parking or garage. Management and staff have been good in my experience. While there not much storage inside of the smallest floor plan, you still get an outside storage room on your patio/balcony. There's a fitness center, storage locker for packages, a small pet park on site. It's close to work, school, shopping, food and the airports. For this area, I believe the rent is reasonable.
