Amazing
Amazing!! New kitchen, granite counters, stainless steel appliances. Quiet neighborhood with amazing pool, dog spa, clubhouse, Amazon locker hubs, gym on site as well as meeting rooms and super pet friendly (some units even have fenced in backyards! Amazing for bigger pets). Staff is super friendly and supportive with maintenance request being filled same day! We chose the two bedroom to have an office space and to have an apartment 15 minutes from campus that has two bedrooms for $1550 is amazing!
Cortland Bull
Great apartment close to lots of stuff in downtown Durham. Great management company.
Really great apartment
Apartments are spacious and bright. The amenities are amazing (pool, gym, working spaces) and management has been super responsive. I have been particularly impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of the maintenance team here. And it's fun to be within walking distance to be downtown!
Cortland at Coalton 2bed
We have had a good experience with this complex. Maintenance is very quick to respond, and the common areas seem to be cleaned frequently. The apartments are nearly brand new, and our unit has some awesome views of the mountains. We think it is definitely a little overpriced for what we are getting, but starting in an apartment with great amenities was more important since we came from out of state.

Safe and Quiet
Enjoyable Stay
I moved to Cortland Bellevue this year and it has been a wonderful experience so far. For being an apartment complex right off I-40 it is a surprisingly quiet area. I feel safe here and it is nice that I can easily access the interstate. Don't forget to mention that McKay's is right across the road for all the books, records, games, and more. The staff has been so kind and helpful. I would like to shoutout Arkeba for being amazing at what she does. So intentional and really wants the best for each person walking through the door looking for a place to live.
Cortland
I really like the complex, we have two gyms and two pools and the complex is large and pretty.
Great for campus life
Cortland Oleander is close to school and is a popular place for other Emory students to live.
Definitely my favorite apartment community in RDU!
I recently visited Cortland Perimeter Park for a friend who is moving to the area. Firs off, the staff was amazing. The office team was very knowledgeable and not only answered my questions, but anticipated some of my friend's needs that we hadn't even thought about. This community was clean and blew me away from the moment I arrived. The grounds were immaculate and they offered a variety of high end amenities. Plus, the apartments were well designed and offered all the bells and whistles. Definitely my favorite community that I have visited so far!
Good location
This apartment complex is in a good location, especially with the proximity to Emory's campus. The apartment is nice with updated features, good sized rooms/closets, and vaulted ceilings. The area seems safe for the most part and the parking garage is secured with gates. I will say the gates tend to break fairly often. Maintenance is fairly quick with service requests. The management/leasing office is not very quick to responses (unknown if this is still an issue since we haven't had a reason to reach out to them recently). Leading up to out lease starting, my roommates and I had tried to call and email the leasing office without a response back. Since none of us lived in Georgia prior to moving in, we felt very frustrated about not getting answers. The pool also has been un-swimmable at least 2-3 times for at least a week since moving in 5 months ago. Lots of pets around the complex, but that also comes with some stray pet droppings that does not get picked up.
Great location for students
Very convenient for driving to Emory (7-15 mins depending on traffic) and right on the Emory shuttle line. Beautiful unit, responsive maintenance. Management can be difficult to get ahold of. Gates to the parking garage are always broken and people frequently smoke on property despite it being a no smoking property. Amenities are nice, but if you wanted more extensive amenities/bigger gym then go for the East property across the street. Overall would recommend if you are commuting daily to Emory/CDC.

It's been good so far!
It’s ok
The building is nice, I can just hear my neighbors above me all the time. There have also been some Saftey concerns, people fighting in the hall, break ins, car theft, and domestic violence with nothing addresses by the building. I have also had some pest issues like cockroaches.
Great and fair price (if you get discount)
24 hours reception desk, a whole set of amenities(gym and mini golf room), pet friendly
Cortland Oleander
Decent living situation. However a little dirty in some areas and management can be slow.
