Presidential City has been the ideal living situation for me and provides me everything I need without the city hassle. I have parking on-site, great amenities including a really nice fitness center and incredible pool area, and a spacious apartment where I don't feel cramped.

I work in Bala Cynwyd and wanted to have easy access to 76 & Center City because I like to be able to meet up with friends in the city or in Manayunk.

Living here is has been great and everything from the staff to the complex exceeding my expectations.

I've been living at Presidential for just over 2 years and love it!

The space you get here compared to other buildings I checked it is incredible. You get double the space for the same money! On top of that -- the units are new so you're getting the best appliances and a washer & dryer in each apartment. The large windows make way for great natural sunlight too!

Another selling point for me was the fitness program. They have an extensive selection of classes from Barre, yoga, boot camp, cycle and more! They offer them 7 days a week and various times throughout the day! It's amazing especially considering how expensive gym memberships/class pass/soul cycle and more are!

The final piece for me was the security you'll get living here. The concierge staff is amazing and there is always someone around. I have a dog that I often have to take out late at night. The buildings are secured with gates with a staff member in the lobby of each building. The outdoor area is extremely well lit.

I love living here!

oh and the pool is incredible! you won't have to take a vacation of an exotic island anymore -- you have it right here in Philly

I moved to Philadelphia from Maryland for work and was looking for a place to accommodate my move and that was also pet friendly. I found Presidential City and thought it was the perfect fit. It was a large complex with an incredible pool club and fitness center, parking, and all brand-new modern apartments. The selling point for me was the convenience of having a safe dog park on site and plenty of greenery. I couldn't find a comparable apartment complex offering all these amenities. It's been almost half a year, but hopefully it continues to be a great experience.

The complex is beautiful. The pool club and Gym are nice. BUT THEY LIE LIE LIE. Was told we got FREE valet parking- Nope- Not Free and not here. Told rent would only increase to 2%... NOPE 12.5%- There is not enough parking spaces for the people who live in one building nevermind four when they are all done- property Manager has changed three times now- The concierge staff is now Extremely rude and unprofessional. One of them wears really revealing clothes. Basketball players live here and think that they own the world because they play for the 6ers. THEY ARE RUDE.

I've lived here for about a year now and really enjoy it; Presidential City is undergoing construction, but the renovations look amazing! I love that its a gated community, it makes me feel safe living by myself in a new city. Its also has immediate highway access and borders to a shopping mall with restaurants and cafes!

Presidential City Apartments is currently undergoing renovations so some of the towers are being completely gutted and being redone by Post Brothers. The renovated apartments are beautiful and the building is also under new management. When it's complete it will have a pool (no pool right now). There is plenty of parking available and it's close to major roads like 76 and 676 and route 1.
