Amazing exp
PC is pretty and luxurious even. It is expensive but less expensive than those apartments with the same level in University City such as Left Bank, 3737 or Aka. However, if you want to engage more of campus life, I recommend you live closer to University city.

Perfect for LKSOM students
Clean and safe!! I’ve lived in Spring Garden area and this is so much better than living along broad street. Everyone who lives here is 20-40 grad students or professionals. You have everything you need and the large windows are perfect for studying. Parking is $65/m which is much cheaper than the city.

Worth the price
I didn’t want to live too close to school and as a single girl living alone safety was important to me. Although pricey, I think Presidential City is worth it for the gym/pool access, free workout classes, and newly renovated modern apartments. Badge access is required to access the front door and the elevator and there is also a concierge in every building. Packages are delivered securely to a locker or the concierge. Overall the staff are amazing, friendly, and helpful.

Top of the line amenities
The amenities at Presidential City are excellent. The finishings are top of the line and the grounds are always pristine. Have you seen the pool? Check out the pool! The only downside is that it is not within walking distance of many bars/restaurants that the area has to offer. Target is very close, however, which is very convenient.

Great Off-Campus Living
I'm currently taking graduate classes at Penn and I was looking for a place where I can feel comfortable, study and most importantly relax when I wasn't in class. I get all the amenities offered, great pools/gym, study lounges and a spacious well-maintained clean apartment. I love living here and it has been all the convenience I was hoping for. Plus parking and only 15 minutes to campus!

Home Sweet Home
Presidential City has been a great overall experience for me so far. I work in the city and was apprehensive living outside of center city but got incredible value at Presidential City... plus its only a 10 minute drive away! Having garage parking, great gym, pool club and making a bunch of friends in the building makes living here so worth it.

Presidential City
For the unconventional who want to live outside of Rittenhouse, Presidential offers great amenities such as Infinity Swimming Pools, Hot Tubs, Steam Rooms, work out facilities and free classes, study rooms, and front door attendants.

Awesome place
The apartment is extremely nice. It’s a brand new complex. The staff is super friendly and I love it there so far. I have to drive to temple med school everyday but it’s usually a pretty easy 10-15 min drive. It’s just off of 76 and route 1 on city avenue. The only downside to the apartment might be the location for going out in the city. It is kind of a hassle to Uber down to center city to hang out with friends from class. I like it because I can easily stick to studying and a regular gym schedule with a gym in the apartment complex. The outside pool area is incredible though, and it’s heated 365 days a year so people are still out there swimming in Winter. It is also located right next to a few restaraunts, and walking distance from a large target. There is a Panera in the lobby of my building, and a sushi place downstairs as well. The apartment itself is very spacious, I live with 2 other guys and we each have our own bedroom and bathroom. I have a queen bed and a desk in my room with a really large closet the length of my wall. The bathrooms are also super nice and the showers are the coolest part according to any guests I have over. Our living room has 3 couches and a recliner with plenty of room to hang out. There’s a study lounge in the lobby as well with free coffee. I would 100% recommend to any other incoming students.
