Artist Housing with limits
Come in, go to your place, keep your head down. Bask in the glory of low rent but understand management's limitations given the low rent. And watch out for building manager Todd: don't expect any assistance from him as he's not going to give it. Otherwise location is central and that's about what you can expect from a situation like this.
