Great for the price
My apartment is relatively large for how much it costs (it's a walk-up, which probably contributed to bringing the price down). I get great sun, the building is fairly quiet, and management is really responsive. The surrounding area isn't the quietest and Hell's Kitchen is not the safest area, but I personally haven't had any issues and, given the active bar scene in the area, there are always people around (which helps with safety).
