I love the layout of the apartment, especially for two roommates. Having the living space/kitchen area in between our bedrooms has been great! I also enjoy being <1 mile from the running trails along the river and there are plenty of great restaurants and bars along South Lamar to check out. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear the trains go by, but I personally have not found it to be problematic.

I’ve really enjoyed living here; the facilities are all nice and the management company has their act together. I hope to renew my lease next year. It’s a great location close to the river, restaurants and coffee shops.

Great place to live in South Lamar. A quick 10 minute drive to school in morning, 15 min max on the way back with traffic. Bus stop near by. Very clean and newer property. Quality neighbors. Walk to zilker or ladybird lake. Many walkable restaurants and activities.

I love the location and my 1BR has nice amenities. And again, the location is almost unbeatable. It outweighs the negatives, but there are negatives. Management is TERRIBLE. Here are a few examples...My elevator has been shut down at least 4-5 times in 1 year, sometimes for weeks at a time. No rush to fix. No $ off rent. We do pay for these amenities, so they should work properly. When they don't, they should be fixed in a timely manner. If they can't be, then we should be compensated for the inconvenience. And when multiple people complain, you shouldn't respond that "The other elevators on the opposite end of the building are working. If you need a map of the complex, we'd be happy to send you one." I'd rather not have to park my car on the other side of the building so that I can use a working elevator. I'd rather not have to lug groceries or suitcases or other belongings up and done the stairs every day. And I'd rather not be treated in such a condescending manner. Another pain point...A fitness studio recently opened up in one of the building's retail spaces. As a result, 10-20 of our visitor parking spots are now designated as "Define Fitness Only" spots. Additionally, the visitor parking that is remaining now has a 2 hour limit. Anything beyond 2 hours must be paid for by our visitors. I feel that this is a little unfair. Management is earning rent from Define Fitness (revenue they did not have prior), whose customers pay nothing to park, and somehow our visitors have to pay? These are just two reasons, but you get the picture. They seem to care very little about their residents.

Hanover South Lamar is a great location to be able to walk to nearby restaurants, bars, fitness centers, etc. It also has easy access to Lady Bird Lake, Zilker Park and multiple bike/hike trails. The amenities include a great gym, pool, and grill area.

Brand new building with great amenities. Parking garage and apartment building is safe, clean and well kept. Management has been helpful and friendly. Neighborhood is great - lots of restaurants and bars nearby with young professionals in the building.

Have been living here for almost a year and I LOVE this place! It's nice and quiet for most of the time and super close to Gibson bar, the High ball and Alamo Draft House! Living here by myself, I feel very safe. The running trail and lake is right near by and it's great!

The location is great, walkable to downtown and so many restaurants and places on South Lamar. The management is super friendly with prompt courteous service. Amenities are plentiful with an awesome pool, dog park, plenty of outdoor cooking stations and a great gym. Best of all there are tons of free activities planned by the building management, free yoga, happy hour, breakfast and the list goes on.
