Average apartment building

Great location, but management is okay. Pool renovation during the summer - extended multiple times, can hear people above you clearly, can hear the garbage trucks and landscaping every morning, elevators frequently broken

Overall its solid, very conveniently located and is a short drive to everything in Austin.

If you want an area to walk around or if you have a dog, there is not a lot of land nearby.

The management has been good as well in my experience.

There have been a few minor problems with my apartment regarding broken utilities but for the price that I pay I have quite a lot of space.

Pretty Good Overall, Going Downhill

4 management rating Reviewed by on

Overall, this is a nice place to live. I have been here for two years. For the first year and a half, I had no complaints whatsoever. Now, however, management staff has changed, and things are going downhill. It’s hard to get management to pick up the phone or answer emails. The common areas have been under construction for 9 months, with no end in sight. The elevators are often broken.

The unit itself is great, and the location is unbeatable. However, management itself has contributed to my recent dissatisfaction

Windsor at Broadway Station - Very Good

I have lived at this apartment complex for a month so far and I don't have many complaints. The amenities are great and well-maintained for the most part. The complex is secure. However, I have pointed out maintenance issues with my apartment that have yet to be resolved. Some amenities, such as grills, have been broken for some time and haven't been repaired yet.

Clean safe building in downtown LA. It is close to Whole Foods. Has a good gym inside the building. Maintenance team is there 24/7. Safe neighborhood for DTLA.

Outside of Boston, but a great place

Love living at Windsor at Oak Grove! Great amenities and great nearby restaurants within the complex. Parking is $100/month that is paid alongside rent and includes parking lot parking and a designated spot in the underground garage. Also very close to the orange line, about an 8 minute walk. I feel very safe living here.

Nice apartment with solid amenities. I like the gym and easy access to East Austin. One thing to note is that there are not public transit options from this area to the law school. I wouldn't live here unless you are able to drive to school every day. Otherwise, it's a solid apartment building with lots of mid-late twenty somethings.

I wish I could write a better experience, but unfortunately I had too many issues pop up that were outside of my control, with a management staff that simply does not care about its residents.
